Why this exists

I'm Sotiria. I'm a dentist. A founder. A coach. None of that mattered the first time someone said something to me that I had no idea how to answer.
There was no class for it. No manual. I just stood there, replayed it in my head for days, and eventually figured out — alone — what I wished I'd said in the moment.
I've done that more times than I can count. In clinics. In meetings. During interviews. At restaurants. On the street. And every time, I've thought the same thing: someone must have been here before me. Why did I have to learn this alone?
How Do You Reply started as a question I asked myself.
It's not therapy. It's not a complaint box. It's the manual none of us were given — built one story at a time, by every woman willing to say "this happened, and here's how I replied."
If you've ever walked away from a moment wishing you'd said something different — you're not alone, and your story belongs here too.
